TEDxUofT Salon: DIMENSIONS; Nov 16th, 2025

As Director of the TEDxUofT Logistics Team, I helped orchestrate the behind-the-scenes systems that make a large-scale event run smoothly. My work focused on coordinating venue operations, streamlining day-of execution, and ensuring that speakers, volunteers, and attendees all had a frictionless experience.

I handled tasks ranging from scheduling and equipment setup to managing traffic flow, preparing staging areas, and solving the inevitable last-second “why is this cable suddenly missing?” surprises. Working closely with the production, communications, and sponsorship teams taught me how to keep a fast-moving event aligned, communicate clearly under pressure, and maintain a calm, organized workflow,

It was a fantastic crash course in operational planning, collaborative leadership, and building an environment where great ideas—and great speakers—could shine.
